Things to do and see while you are here

  1. Nipissing Road( Trans Canada Trail) This is a page where you will find a self guided tour of the area from Rosseau to Nipissing. While staying at Maijac Cottages, you can explore the north and south along this road. 

  2. Magnetawan Trails Here you will find a description of a number of trails in our area for hiking, biking, or driving.

  3. Village of Burk's Falls This village 15 Km east of the resort has many services, in addition to a unique covered bridge at the Falls

  4. Village of Magnetawan This village is only 6 Km away by road or boat. There is an historic dam and lock. Here you will find a liquor store, grocery, gas, service stations an bait and tackle store.

  5. Screaming Heads This is a unique place has to be seen!! It is about a 10 minuets for the resort.
